"Bait and switch pricing"
"Horrible experience! The guys who stands in front was normal and polite and told me to pull the car in the lot when I asked should I leave the car outside or go in. Then the next guy approached and started to speak extremely rudely, to the point that I had to say "who you think you're talking" and why you're being so rude. Instead of apologizing, he turned his back and stated go park somewhere else. Unacceptable behavior! This type miserable individuals should not be let to service the public or be around the public. I had a 6 year old in the car otherwise would act differently."
