"Do not park here!! Employees are rude and act like they don't speak English to make you pay and do not listen I put my car in the parking and came back after 5 minutes because my appointment was canceld the computer said 6 minutes so they made me pay 15$ because it's over 5 minutes And they act like they don't know English Just avoid this place!!"

"If you leave your car here with anything in your center console it will be inspected and i have had my fare share of thefts from this place. From $10 bill missing that was wrapped in a receipt in the center console to cigarettes missing. Once i even lost my wallet right before getting to this place so i cant even weed them out as a suspect. Also cars should not be reversed until the rear bumper touches the wall. The staff their are to comfortable and thieving."

"Ive been parking at this garage since 1997 bc i work at a hosp in the area. they have ruined 5 of my cars and taken absolutely no responsibility. they are rude and refuse to put me in touch w their manager. they hung up on me as i was asking for assistance. i have photos of damage done to my vehicle and they insisted that they were not responsible. i would highly recommend never using this garage. i wouldn't even give it one star but its the only way to enter this review."

"I will never park here again. Rude attendant last night yelling at me in the garage because I was asking why they were leaving my car window down. I found out later on because they climb through it if they park too close to other cars. He would not answer my question and seemed to think I believed he was going to rob my car. Saying him and the other attendant would be leaving when they lock the garage at midnight.... I wasn’t concerned about anyone specifically messing with my car i just wanted to understand why they were doing this which they would not explain and instead just continued repeating the same thing. I also wasn’t comfortable leaving my keys inside my car with the window down and asked many times why this was. I was not given an answer and was refused my key set when I asked for it back several times. Finally someone came and explained why this was about the keys - “in case something happens to one of the cars the keys are inside to move the cars.” What??? No other parking garage I’ve been to has to be so concerned about what will “happen” to the cars. They moved my car from where I parked originally and moved it once again overnight. What happened to the other cars or my car? Who knows. Clearly from other reviews there is a lot of damage done to vehicles here. I’ll never come back here. There are better places to park in NYC to pay $38 after tax for a 10 hour stay. Completely rude and unprofessional"

"Horrible garage. DO NOT PARK HERE. Came here when it was crowded and couldn’t see prices on wall. Specifically asked twice about price for picking up car on Saturday at noon and was told twice $41 dollars. Was charged $71, because apparently $41 was only for 24 hours. Because we were two hours after that we were charged an additional $30 dollars instead of being offered the weekend special rate. Then we said, well, since we paid for an additional chunk of time, then we’ll pick the car up later, and just put our stuff in the car. Then we were told that we would have to pay an additional $13 for the weekend special to do that, even though our car was already by the exit and would have required no additional work. Always find deal in advance online before parking anywhere."
