"DONT PARK HERE. I bought a spot with spot hero. They ultimately let me park after some back and forth, but when I picked up my car, it was completely damaged and I owe thousands in damages now."

"Staff is super rude. Do not park here, better off to park across the street at City Park next time! Clearly spot hero will also be notified that they are not accepting their coupons. The only way they will change is if we let others know to NOT park there. So don’t!!!"

"Failed to honor parking pass from SpotHero. Demanded $10 oversize charge for a KIA Sportage. Refused entry and was profane, unpleasant, and offensive in addressing our concerns about the parking pass. Expect overcharges and contemptuous behavior for this lot. Do not recommend."

"Went in to park , using spot hero app. When i went to get my car, they said reservation wasnt valid, held my car hostage until i overpaid the ransom. Dont park there using any parking app"

"I read several bad reviews, but my experience was great. Pre-booked on their site the day before ($30 for up to 10hrs.), drove up, left the car with attendant. Sent SMS 30' before collection, the car was ready. Very courteous and efficient staff, entrance well signed and easy. All-up: better than most other car parks in Manhattan I tried, good price too."
