"Online rate and discussed rate different at check out. Added $15/night saying a minivan is oversized. Raised rates based on event at hotel. Beware of bringing a vehicle for your stay. Would recommend elsewhere for parking down the road is $35/day vs their $110/day. Parking management not at all helpful and getting surprised with a bill almost as much as your room stay does not feel good. Also will not help with bags. We watched as an elderly lady struggled with her luggage and not one parking employee offered her help. We helped. Poor business"

"I was a a large event in NYC for work. I HATE the city streets of NY as I am a mountain girl. However, so parking saved the day. Especially on my last day Mr Shashpai Bakshi saved my life as I was not sure what to do. He recognized me from the previous day and was able to find room for me. He was my Angel that day."
"I just have to say it was my first time driving into NYC with my own vehicle and parking it at a hotel. I was met by a very friendly face Shashpal B . I asked how the valet service worked as well as early bird special for the next day. The people working there were all very friendly and had no problem answering any of my questions. I would have to say I will definitely be returning to this place! Its good to know that service was not stressful and seamless. I will recommended to anyone who is traveling into the city . Way to go see you soon !!"
