"The guy Monday- Friday is extremely rude and required tip before parking your car. If you don’t tip him he does not let you park at the garage."

"I booked this garage through park wiz for tonight. I arrive there and they turn me away saying it doesn’t matter that I already paid through park wiz they are full. So I had to pay for their parking through park wiz and another garage down the street. Horrible place."

"Never use this garage! They pack cars in an insane fashion. I waited one hour in their garage for the one man on duty to unpack mine. There were three people in front of me. Each was packed in 4-5 cars deep. Mine was in 5 cars deep. The guy on duty worked really hard and I do not blame him. The owner or manager must be making the guys do it. I have used many valet garages in NYC and this is very atypical. I felt real bad for the guy in front of me who had an upset crying baby he spent an hour comforting. I would give this garage a negative five stars if possible."

"Extremely rude parking assistant. Made us wait for 10 mins before he billed us. Charged us 12$ extra for being 1 min late into the system. We were late because he made us wait 10 mins. He spoke very little English and was abusing. Please do not use this parking. There are many on 89th street. If the owners are looking at these reviews you need better parking assistants."
