"I am disheartened that scams like company this still exist. An organization I belong to has secured discounted rates with this garage. I was charged $50 instead of $15 for my two hours. I explained carefully (even gave him a nice tip) AND have the correct documentation (my pass and my receipt) and the worker was unable to process. I called this company over 20 times and sent emails about being overcharged. I finally spoke to someone (I was very surprised and I think she answered by mistake) who said she would respond to my email and contact the manager. It is now a week later and nothing, no email, no call, no nothing. This is all because the person working there had no acumen, no acuity to understand how to do an honest transaction, while I observed him doing the same for others in my organization with the same coupon, AS I STOOD THERE. I am dumbfounded by this organization. Why print cards with contact information that does not exist?"
