"Very convenient to my job and friendly staff BUT discounts are only for the hospital staff NOT any other medical staff in the area. My facility gets a large volume of the hospital patients for rehab, and despite being directly across the street from this garage our staff isn’t offered the same discount. So as much as I’d love to use this facility on a regular basis I can’t afford it and have to fight for street parking."
"Poor customer service. I have been going there for years and today I was in the garage before 8:30 to catch the early bird deal. And because it took the attendant almost 20 minutes to get me and the ticket was punch at 8:31 I was told I would have to pay full price. I have a photo of the time clock on there wall that proves I was there early. When I asked t speak to a manager the guy told me "I am the manager and you have to get your car out of here if you do not want to pay the full regular price. They should not had let me in the garage if it was going to take so long or at least warn me."
"NEVER use this garage. We prepaid for a spot a month out and they refused to honor it. They cursed at me and threw my keys AT me after I left them on the counter. Not to me but at me. Two people pulled out of the garage while I was there and even then they refused to honor to the prepaid spot. They also refused to refund the payment and told us to contact the office. We did get the refund but the office could have cared less about the situation."
"These guys are the friendliest of any parking garage that I've used in the city, and they always have my car ready before I'm even finished paying. Excellent quality of service and excellent attitude. I can't recommend this garage highly enough."
"Be careful with this place. I always parked my car here until recently. Hired some new employees, cash went missing in the glove compartment ($25 in singles and fives) that I used to tip the guys. Don’t leave anything valuable"
