"They probably have one of the best 24 hour service parking garages in NYC. They always have someone on call so you can pick up your car whenever. You just text the phone number 15 minutes before or call them at the door and they get your car ready for you. The garage is 5 minutes away from MTA station as well. I would recommend this place to anyone."

We left the Tesla there after being rejected to park the Tesla in another parking garage (Little Men aka Deb Parking LLC) which was closer for us… didn’t know that Tesla is unwanted car for some parking garages…anyway, found this garage on google maps, even though the location is not correct you can easily spot the place from the street. The employee at MV was so polite and professional, skilled and l am satisfied of the customer service. He explained everything in terms of picking up the car, their security systems etc. We’ll be using them again."

Navigation apps missed the spot, garage description on ParkWhiz is spot on - entrance is on W 137th St, on your right, just before you get to the intersection with Adam Clayton Powell Jr Blvd. Was concerned if they know how to handle a Tesla - happy to report that they have no issues parking one! Just remember to switch on valet mode so the walkway lock does not kick in."
