"I always park here when heading up to upper manhattan. There are a ton of vehicles coming in and out of the place, so be prepared to wait a minute or two for your car to be retrieved. The guys are professional and use some great technology to keep up with things."
"Park at the garage , from beginning to end a very unprofessional and stressful experience , attendants were working very disorganize I was left waiting 7+ mins just to check in , at check out I was charge oversize rate for a Nissan rouge which is not part of their list - when try to explain this to the attendant was ignore and left waiting for 10 mins until they check in cars and move cars around , I have no other choice but pay to get my car . No manager was available or any phone number to complain . Rude beyond words ."
