"Due to that there is another Exxon across the street from this Exxon with a Circle K and can not have 2 Exxon stations in the same spot so this Exxon station will be replaced by a McDonald's PlayPlace with an underground parking lot. And especially this Exxon still has the old creepy tiger mart sign from the early 1990s."
