"Went to fuel up one night. The attendant came out and I handed him my credit card and asked to fill with regular. This is where it gets interesting! He took a hold of the card and was slamming the card into the reader like he hated the card! How he didn't break the card was beyond me?! I Watched him abuse my card twice like that! Something must have been wrong with the reader or simply the way he was abusively putting the card in. The attendant turns to me after beating my card to a pulp to tell me insultingly my card was no good. I tried to explain there was nothing wrong with with the card but he seemed so annoyed about even getting up from his chair in his booth he wasn't even listening. I asked for the card back. I left and went to the Shell station a few hundred feet down the road where the attendant was happy to serve. The card worked perfectly fine. Very bad customer service at this station. I guess customer service is not a priority at this place. Definitely would not recommend this place!"
"The gas pump said my car was full of gas. I left and then realized it was 3 quarters of the way full. Fix your pumps!!!!"
"NJ really needs to have self service pumps. It is ridiculous that you do not. I had to wait at the pump for 5 minutes for the guy to walk over and do what I do as soon as I pull up in any other other state. I make sure that I don't get gas when I am in NJ. Higher price too!"
