"My acrylic nails started to come off from the bottom after 1 week. They did not even last two weeks. The first time I had an issue the color came off one the top of two of my nails after 2 days. I had gel acrylic and that should have stayed on longer. I called them to inform them that I wanted it fix it. I got there and she said I needed a two fill in. Absolutely ridiculous since the color started coming off two days later and by the time I was able to stop in one nail had already fallen off. I paid the two week fill in after she INSISTED I needed one. They also charge 5$ if your nail has fallen off or if it’s almost coming off. I wish they would have at-least fixed the color on my nail when I had complained about since it had only been 2 days since I had a fresh set. I don’t think I’ll be returning here any longer. They are always rushing anyways, I think that’s why my sets never really last Not even a week, very disappointing."
