"I was very dissatisfied with my service… beautiful place nice people but my hair service was not up to par. I’ve gotten highlights done for many years I stopped and experimented with color and changed it up and decided let me go back to my highlight. I removed majority of my color with a color remover but I know the lengthy process of going with a highlighted blonde look again. DARCY my hairdresser really nice really sweet but never wanted to take accountability. I told her I wanted my highlights to the roots and she said “ YEAH SURE OF COURSE WE CAN DO THAT FOR YOU TODAY” I said cool not only I was there from 12:30-6:30 pm i didn’t leave with the color choice I wanted but that’s the lightest they can do because all of the previous color , fine I didn’t complain. Within a couple days I noticed my black roots … she didn’t take my highlights to the roots like I asked. I called , she said “ I thought it was best not to touch them since you had previously colored your hair”……. My thought “ why didn’t you tell me this the day I left instead of making your own call”. So cutting to the chase she made me a new appointment free of charge for her mistake and said she was going to lighten up to tops and go to the root “THIS TIME”. So she tells me it’s going to be lighter okay okay okay but get this …… after all that highlighting she puts a brown toner in my hair. ……………… I’m so mad at this point I say nothing. I told her nicely and said can I blow dry my hair myself since she wanted to charge me for a blow and style. Then I decided I’m not going out looking like this. I asked if I can get someone to blow and style I’ll pay .. she said of course … I got this nice girl I believe her name was ally very nice .. so when I went to go pay DARCY was trying to charge me but the girls said no it’s all fine. So I gave Ally a tip . Moral of the story is when you do something wrong like leave a toner in too long or not put someone’s highlights to the roots like they asked you too then own up to it and say sorry. But no. Not one sorry from DARCY just a “ yeah. Well this is what we are working with today. That’s all I can do” not a freakin sorry for making your hair brown. Just want to give this place a 2 because everyone else was very nice for example Ireland and Ally ( or is it Allie sorry lol ) before was the lighter hair black root now brown. Never going back to this place. I just can’t get over that this time magically she was able to go to the root but last time she “ couldn’t”."
