"So very disappointed since Dave left. I was told Dave was no longer there, so when I made an appt they gave me another technician. Silly me thinking they would all be as good. I don’t know her name but she seemed new. I asked her to file my nails in the shape they were in- straight. She proceeds to make the new style of points. I stopped her and made sure she understood. As she was working the first 2 were ok and then she returned to points. So all my nails were all different shapes. Next time I called I asked for a man thinking they are as experienced as Dave and have been there longer. I told him these are my nails and he proceeds to try to take them off with a card. I yelled at him and told him these are my natural nails and not fake. Then he grabs my hand and squeezes it. I told him I might be sensitive and he needs to work more gently. I kept getting shocks from the electric tool he was using and had to ask him to lower it. I gave him another chance and went back in a few weeks. Again, he’s grabbing my pinkie fingers and squeezing. Then he’s filing and irritating my fingers trying to file off the glue from the gel manicure. It was so sloppy and all my fingers were irritated. Then when he cut my cuticle he makes it bleed. Visibly upset, he apologized. But he didn’t put any powder on it to stop the bleeding or even disinfect it. Realizing accidents happen, I didn’t make a fuss. Until I got home and wondered why my ring finger was hurting. Then I see he cut the side of that finger too. As if that wasn’t bad enough, my gel manicure didn’t even last a week before it started chipping. I like to support neighborhood businesses, but this experience was too much for me to ever go back. And no hot towels or hand cream!"

"The customer service here is non existent I waited 45 minutes for a pedicure. The service was terrible the agent was rushed told me he had a 12 o’clock appt. The polish was old and thick. Then the manicurist who cannot speak or understand any English left sparkle polish all over the edges of my fingernails. I will never return to this place. Paid 40.00 for this butcher job. Never again. The owner should be involved in the process of hiring employees that are aware of what a pedicure and manicure include and the service given to customers."

"Nathan is too notch mail tech He can do any nail art you show him or let him do this own thing you will not be disappointed!!! Picture of my nails shown were done 2weeks ago, I usually can go 3 weeks. I hardly every lose a nail. I've been going to Pasha nails for almost 8 years now. I've tried other places here and there, but no place compares too this one"
