"I was charged $25 for REGULAR manicure, what a ripoff. My only regret, I should have asked for the price. He just bought new pedicure chairs, must be desperate to pay back the loan. I asked why, he replied that his rent increased. It was probably racial discrimination to discourage me from coming back. Also, singing loudly to the music playing while attending to a customer. Very unprofessional!"
