It’s really that simple, he knows what he’s doing and makes sure you know what he’s doing. The staff were all very nice and attentive. My experience started with one stylist for a few years and she moved out of state and I was faced with the decision of picking a new stylist . You can literally choose anyone and feel 100% confident they will do a fabulous job. I have been going to Claire for 13 years now and couldn’t be happier. Have also been to several others and everyone is fantastic! The way Ralph runs this salon is top notch and you feel like you are in a Manhattan salon. The professionalism and attention to detail is superb! Ralph also invests in his talent by constantly teaching his staff the latest hair trends and techniques . Your stylist will first start with a consultation to see what you are trying to achieve with your hair - color, cut etc. Whatever you have in mind your stylist will make it happen and you will walk out feeling like a new person! In addition to top notch service you are offered a delicious beverage whether it be tea, coffee, cappuccino, or espresso (who needs Starbucks)? Let’s not forget to mention the complimentary scalp massage from Mia - so relaxing. If I could give this salon 10 stars I would!"
