"I had an 8 am appointment.The woman came late, then she made me wait till almost 815. She looked like she was mad that she had to work on me . She did a good job but would not accept the coupon which is right here in the phone for the Sayville store. Terrible service. Will never go back again and I will tell all my friends not to go."

"Came in for a hair cut and wash and blowout with my mom today. My mom tends to be a very friendly person, she was trying to have a conversation with the hairdresser, the hairdresser seemed very standoffish with her from the start. But what made me mad was the comment she made when I was getting checked out. After I get done paying and hand her a tip she says with my mom right next to me. “Enjoy your trip to Florida without your mother” in a rude condescending tone. If she would have said that before I wouldn’t have tipped… never again coming here… how dare you be rude to my mother when she was nothing but polite. Side note, very rough on my head when brushing and was thinking about using a used dirty brush in my hair until I gave a disgusted look to the hairdresser…."

"Earlier today I dropped my daughter off at Lemon Tree for a trim. By the time I dropped my wife off across the street at the Dollar Store she texted me she was done. I said how can you be done that fast? The trim was terrible. It was all uneven. My wife is currently recutting it because it was so bad. How about taking a little pride in your work! Suffice to say, she will no longer be going to this Lemon Tree location."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I will never ever return to this salon again. Upon walking in the older woman with the short hair gave me and my son a filthy look as if we were annoying her by walking through the door. I had to really restrain from saying something to her. The other one who actually did the cut on my son first stated as soon as we walked in the door "Your just gonna have to sit and wait." Is this the way you run your business and treat customers? These hair dressers need a course in customer service and by the way there were only 2 customers in there waiting with hair dye on there hair so they weren't overly busy for the literal 5 minutes buzz cut they did on my 10 year old son."
