For my first ever professional facial she exceeded my expectations. You start by filling out a quick survey and consent with some background info on your skincare and your preferences with service, ie: if you want a quiet/silent appointment vs if you prefer to be educated throughout your service which is a question I wasn’t expecting but I loved the option! My facial experience was so lovely from start to finish, the ambiance is set perfectly for relaxation, Sam never rushes you and makes sure to ask if you need anything prior to service.
