"Finally getting around to writing this. We ordered our Sundance Edison in late February (after weeks of shopping around) and were planning a patio for late March. Unfortunately our schedule was off and weren’t able to take delivery until mid-June. AJs was accommodating and were ready when we were. They answered all my questions and concerns and delivery went smoothly. Since then our spa has been enjoyed daily and with no regrets. From what I learned it’s not just shopping for a spa but for a dealer. I have no reservations about future dealings with AJs whether it’s maintenance/warranty/or purchases."

"My friend bought a hot tub for over $11,000 at AJ Spas on 112 in Patchogue. Looking at this picture of a slanted corner which is obviously a defective molded piece, the owner is telling her this is so the water can drain off. Are you kidding me!! I have a hot tub, been to others hot tubs and have never seen anything like this. These end/corner placements are specifically made for glass holders. How the H... can you safely put a glass in this area without a disaster!! Come on AJ Spas on Route 112 in Patchogue!! Do the right thing and help this lady out! Own your mistakes and make it right!!"

"Do not buy a Vita spa from AJ‘s! After many a sleepless nights, I decided I should do something I have never done in my 65 years and that is write a poor review of a business. I had been interested in the Sundance spas, as I had never heard of Vita, but was assured they have been in business for a long time and were quite reputable. I put down a 50% deposit of $5000 and ordered the Vita spa. I was told it would take about 3 weeks for delivery and it came 6 weeks later, but that is not the problem. After being in the spa just a few short times by myself, I noticed the cup holders across from me seemed at an odd angle. Sure enough, they are at such a tilted angle that I am afraid someone’s glass would tip over. You can see what I mean in the photos I posted. I went back to AJ’s and showed the salesman Greg the photos I took and that I assumed it was a factory defect when they molded the spa liner. He refuted it entirely and said they are made that way to allow water to drain. I told him that it was just on one side of the spa and the other side cup holders were fine. Then he offered to sell me a tray to hang on the side of the spa! That wouldn’t have helped at all anyway because the poorly formed cup holders are on the side where the spa cover hangs. He also said that if I use a glass instead of a stemmed wine glass it “probably” wouldn’t tip over. Are you kidding? I should be able to use a glass of my choosing! I left feeling totally infuriated and frustrated and then cried for a bit in the car. I spent almost $11,000 on a spa I am not 100% happy with and AJ Spas did not offer any resolution. I can’t even get through to the manufacturer to explain this situation. I would suggest going elsewhere to purchase your spa and definitely DO NOT purchase a Vita Spa!"

"Purchasing a hot tub is a big expense and not knowing where to start to shop, what amenities to look for, size, etc., can be overwhelming; after doing research online about the benefits, I knew it was an investment worth making. When I walked in AJ Spa, Alyssa was super helpful, knowledgeable, and not your typical sales person. After my second visit, I felt like I was part of the AJ Spa family, it was at that point an easy decision that they are the ones I want to do business with. We had a very minor concern, but the team at AJ made no qualms about coming to check it out. Me and my family are enjoying the spa and looking forward to spending time in the winter. If you are in the market for a hot tub/spa consider using AJ Spa. Do some homework on the business and the wholesaler and you will make the right choice."
