"I didn’t even stay for a service. I requested to have my regular gel manicure removed and then a manicure without polish. I always have my nail tech manually file off the top coat rather than using the drill to file because I have had several bad experiences with the drill and filing too much into my nail. The woman said she couldn’t use the file because she had shoulder problems and tried to push me toward using the drill. I realize the filing takes extra time, but I don’t see how a shoulder issue would prevent you from using a nail file, especially when she’d have to file them down for the manicure anyway. Seems they just didn’t want to take the extra time to honor my request. Will never go back."
