"I have been a patron here for 5-7 years. Their prices used to be pretty good for the work they do, but they’ve increased them dramatically with no improvement to service. I feel like every time I go in now I’m paying more than I did the last time. I had made an appointment for 10am and arrived on time but was not helped until 10:45am which was already frustrating. I was then surprised when I paid the price I did but didn’t mind so much as the nails were alright (maybe a 7/10). But then I asked her if there’s a spot on the receipt where I can tip because i used my card and didn’t have enough cash on me, and she pointed me in the direction of the ATM. No worries, I don’t mind using it and it was my fault for not bringing enough cash. However the lowest denomination to withdraw was 20 and the machine dispensed exactly one 20 dollar bill rather than a variety of smaller bills. I had no option but to tip using the 20 on an already expensive service that was mediocre. Really disappointed as I feel taken advantage of even after I excused a lot of the things that were red flags to me. I will be seeking these services elsewhere from now on."

"This was my first time here and although the reviews were mixed I took a chance and I am so happy I did. Helen did my nails and she was wonderful my nails came out amazing and she also did a UV French which was my very first and I was impressed by the care and detail she took. "Listen, the ladies were very nice. But nice does not mean that the nails were good. I sat in that chair for almost four hours, and came out with nails that were worst than when I experimented during the pandemic. After an hour of trying to fix them, one nail just gave up and jumped ship- it literally just fell off. I didn’t even get the style I wanted because they couldn’t physically do it. My tech wiped off the same design about 4-5 times. I should have known once the second woman came in and complained about a chip, but I’m from out of town and I wanted to give them a chance. In the end, I had to cut them off and will be trying another salon tomorrow."
