"Went here for the first time ever this morning. The place is spacious and clean and they offer powder, gel and regular manicures in addition to a wide variety of pedicures. Joey took care of me and he did a fantastic job and he's absolutely lovely. They have low prices and a rewards program. Had a hard time choosing from all the colors they had available in the powder gel!! He even put a few tips on the nails that were really short (I'm a nail biter) to even out my nails. I never even knew they were there, my regular salon didn't have an opening and my husband spotted this salon. It looks really small from the street, but I decided to give it a shot. Very happy I did and I'll definitely be returning. Joey was just awesome. He's got a regular customer in me from now on!!"

"I dropped in, and Katharine was able to take me right away! Katharine did such an amazing job on my french pedicure polish, and I also got the $50 spa pedicure treatment. She truly made my whole experience so great! Katharine also did my eyebrows, which I am very happy with. Thank you Katharine!! I would completely recommend her service at Claire’s Nail spa!"

"I've been coming to Claire Nail & Spa for several years now and was satified with their service, however, my past four visits I've experience differently . The last four times I've made appointments as requested by the owner Joey and still I was made to wait almost an hour to start. Three times Joey was upset if a client commenting on the nail job or if you ask questions. I'm not sure why but I've taken friends and they were shock that I would refer a friend to a place where they yell at customer. I am pretty forgiving . Today I had an appointment at two, was made to wait until 3pm and when he began I asked if he would clean up my curticles because the next day the cuticles looks bad, his response was to start rampage of how he can not tell me how my body changes and my nails can grow in two hours, calling the attention of the other customers. I was humiliated, however. I continued on with my nails as I had a function to attend. Today is my last day. I come to a nail salon to relax and to pamper myself not to be attack as on a youtube video. Yes, the nails were poorly done, not a word spoken. This in addition to a women walking out because they took someone as she waited 30 minutes. I think that nail salon services have become lacking in customer service because they believe it is extremely important to us to have nice looking nails, true, but I can go back to doing my own nails. "Great experience, nail tech was very attentive, pricing is reasonable. Had a issue with the gel polish peeling off the day after getting them done. Made it back to the store almost a week later and they fixed it with no charge( had to get the same exact color). The redo lasted almost three weeks with no issues."
