Caldwell Pools

"Absolutely terrible customer service! Owner refuses to call and discuss my concerns, and he has $2000.00 of my money as prepayment! Contracted on 2/15/23 to have pool reopened after 6 yr hiatus. Pleaded with Dalton to come and look to scope the job. Finally shows up on 6/28/23 says backfill must be dugout and wasp nest removed. I did both and he shows up today 7/5/23 and says they won't do the job because he has concerns with the pools structural integrity. If he had visited and scoped the job he could have told me this in Feb or March and any issues addressed. Instead he has left me with no pool for the foreseeable future. He sees this as not their problem! Stay away from this company."

"The Caldwell Pools staff is extremely knowledgeable and always helpful when I need supplies or have questions. Knowing that our “new normal” is different and protocols have to be followed, I know they are doing their best at serving the customers. It takes a little more patience and understanding, but they are worth the wait!"

"Caldwell is the pool place I always go to, with the virus protocol it was a bit confusing. They only have curbside service right now they were super busy and I received the wrong chemicals. Called them and they of course made it right! So as always I love to support a local business and I will continue to do so with them! Highly recommend because they never over sell me chemicals and my pool is always sparkling!"

"They obviously must not want business. My husband and I were in two or three times looking at pools last summer. The last time we were in, We were told the owner would have to price the package we were looking at installing and he would call the next day. After 2 or 3 days I called back and left a message, after another week I called again, he wasn’t available. We never did here back, must not have needed our $10,000. Don’t waste your time!"

"This place is horrible to deal with. After being given the runaround for months they finally ordered the light system for my pool (or so we thought), then after several weeks went by and given the runaround again, the sent their installer out to install the light system only to find out that they ordered the wrong items, they ordered a transformer and no lights so the installer took the transformer back with him since you obviously can't have a light system without any lights. My husband talked to Cameron and he was very rude and he refused to correct the situation or refund our money, luckily we paid with our credit card so we were able to contact the credit card company to have the payment reversed. We started trying to have the lights put in at the beginning of April and we finally had it installed correctly at the end of August by a different pool company. This place is the worst, I would suggest going elsewhere."
