Keep the summer vibes alive with our August shake of the month, featuring a deliciously refreshing blend of coconut, mango, and pineapple.
Recovery Zone:
Open to the public, the Recovery Zone offers a variety of pre- and post-workout options, including meal replacements and snacks that are low-carb, low-glycemic, and low-calorie. We accept Case Cash and Transact Mobile for your convenience.

Please note that the exercise floor and showers close 10 minutes prior to the building's closing time.

Just in the way fake working out, knowing damn well they won’t be back afterwards. Regular paying members should have their monthly fee discounted that month. Cmon 121 y’all already making a killing. "I've been coming here for the past 4 months. all of the equipment is always clean and neatly arranged. plenty of equipment and no waiting lines. staff constantly walking around the gym and making sure all the weights are in place. friendly community. i wish i could take this gym with me to where im moving.."

The staff is constantly cleaning and disinfecting and the members are doing a great job with this as well! I am so excited to be back at work! Our virtual classes are awesome! "The real perk of joining One-to-One is the unparalleled customer service. Every time I arrive, I am consistently greeted with a smile and a sincere hello. If I have a question or concern, management, especially Bryn, the director, is always right on top of it. She finds a way to make every guest feel like an integral part of the One-to-One fitness experience to maximize the experience. The employees often appear to take great pride in their work, especially in terms of cleanliness. There is always someone with a rag or a broom in hand to ensure the highest sanitary considerations. Although the facility is older and could you some upgrades in terms of the group fitness space, all-in-all, it's a wonderful environment and one I would strongly encourage checking out. As I relocate from Cleveland, I will miss the One-To-One experience."
