"$15 a person is absolutely ridiculous. It shouldn't cost me 60 bucks to take my family swimming at a community pool for a couple hours. No thanks, Willoughby."

"Great slides and pool. Staff, on the other hand, needs an attitude adjustment. The manager had more fun walking around talking to the young girls that work there then actually getting anything accomplished. I've never been to a pool that has so many breaks, and it's only open for 5 hours! Their backyard pool and you're an inconvenience to them for being there."

"I was at the pool today and the manager made a scene against this poor lady trying to go in the pool with her 3 month old baby in a stroller. It was quite obvious the child was not going to swim and neither was the mother but she paid for herself and her daughter. The issue was that a 3 month old had to pay full price to get in. The girl at the desk wouldn't budge but the manager instead of diffusing the situation he actually called the police on her. The police came and actually sided with the mom and baby but the manager insisted they had to leave per city pool rules. The kid ruined the day for me and my entire family. I never realized this was even a rule (especially not being able to just sit in the pool area and observe you still have to pay full price). I understand rules are rules but in this instance to resort to calling the police was absolutely insane to me. The kid should be re trained or fired to have some sort of customer service skills or some type of people skill training. He was obviously on some sort of power trip. My family and I were disgusted by this and I actually talked to my kids about humanity and using their own brains and think about things and not just being a robot especially when dealing with people and their families. I didn't get his name but I will be calling the city in the following couple days because the entire situation could have been avoided in so many ways. I'm a taxpayer and 3 police officers that I pay taxes for had to stop their days to escort a 3 month old baby out of a public pool. SHAKING MY DAMN HEAD."

"My family lives in the area,so we do go to the pool. Everyone is very friendly and the pool and facility is clean. I like it very much for all the lifeguards and management----its pretty safe!!! It's great, because they have a snack concessions and there is 2water slides and sprinklers etc Great fun for the kids and moms and dads can relax too! Update*** , if you have a resident pool pass ($50 per person---go to Willoughby City Hall and Pool/Park Rec) If you don't,it's $12(cash only) per person--- even the concession stand is only cash. Pass holders can get in at 12:30pm Hours: Sunday &Mondays 1-5pm Tues,Wedn.,Thurs, and Friday 12:30/45--7pm There is changing areas and showers BUT make sure you and the kiddos have flip flops or something for your feet. At times the floors in the bathrooms get gross.(Anyone with kids knows, how kids are LoL)"
