"I have to say this company is the absolute worst company you could hire possible. This guy literally blew off our job for weeks. He said he would show up multiple times and never did. Now our pool is filled with leaves and is super dirty. It was literally 4 scheduled times he was supposed to be here over multiple weeks and he never showed up. Honestly the worst service I've ever seen around Cleveland."

"Attempted to hire this service this year. Was told by Jason he could accommodate my request and it would be no problem. After being non responsive and late he finally showed up once. When we called to find out about continued service and the fact the pool was not blue, as promised, he said he would again show up that day and never did. Never heard from him again. If you’re looking for subpar, unreliable service, he’s your guy!"
"Opening my inground pool this year I had a broken pump and heater. Being a week before Memorial Day everyone is busy until June. Leslie pools referred Jason Modic of Aqua Pro. I called Jason expecting voice mail. He answered and was on his way to a job but was over in 20 minutes. He fixed everything in less than 2 hrs and was extremely well priced. He knows his stuff. From now on I’m calling Jason for everything on my pool. Thanks Jason."
"Jason and Jimmy are phenomenal! We called about repairing our pool heater and they came on the same day. Actually within an hour! Both Jason and Jimmy were kind, informative and a pleasure to work with. They not only fixed our pool heater, but also inspected other aspects of our pool to make sure everything was running correctly. I would definitely recommend them for your pool servicing needs."
