"So it hasn't even been a day yet but I cannot not share my Brown Gurl Joy. From the start Montresa (Spa Manager) was extremely helpful with curating the perfect bday package for me ( unfortunately I had to change somethings around last minute). I received email confirmation, a phone confirmation 2 days prior and a text day before. I truly appreciated that since sometimes my mind is every where. I was running a few minutes late and as I was calling the Spa to tell them they were calling me just to make sure everything was OK. When I arrived I was greeted by Montresa (she is extremely nice, informative and welcoming), the reception area is filled with plants and wellness products along with a nice sitting area. After reception you're lead into the front room where sandals are waiting for you to put on at a cute bench/shoe storage. The energy is calming, I was led to a changing room with lockers for personal items and given a robe. As soon as I opened the door Nasha (massage therapist) was waiting for me. She led me into the room, introduced herself and gave me a few moments to get settled. I received a Swedish massage and I felt like putty in Nasha's hands. She checked in with me throughout the massage. It was amazing, I'm ready to go back next week. Next was my facial with Rasshah, she is bubbly, bright, informative and thorough. She talked me through all the things she was doing and checked in on my comfort throughout (she also gives an amazing little neck/arm massage). I was so at ease and everything felt so good. She provided me with recommendations about my skincare and Babee....I came out of El Noel glowing. So if you've read this far do yourself a favor and book an appointment, you can't go wrong. I loved the products used so much I purchased the recommendations and I love that they are made in house by a doctor. Can't wait to go back."
