"My friend and I came for her birthday. The moment we entered this tranquil spa we felt at ease. The ladies were lovely and explained every step. The scalp analysis was very cool! It was extremely relaxing. My only critique was that one of our technicians didn't speak English but the other staff members answered our questions. You should try this place out! We traveled from PA to check it out!"

"I would always recommend this place! First of all, the customer service is spectacular. I have blonde hair that is a bit difficult to manage, but they gave me an incredible massage, the best experience. I also want to add that they have a super relaxing environment. My hair feels amazing after visiting this place! Of course, I will be back soon ☺️"

"I recently visited this new spa for a head spa treatment, and I have to say, it was a major disappointment. Having experienced head spa treatments in New York and NJ, I can confidently say that this place falls far short of the mark. First of all, it's clear they have no understanding of proper head spa techniques. The process they use feels cheap and unrefined, completely lacking the quality and attention to detail I've experienced elsewhere. Additionally, there is no sense of privacy during the treatment. The partitions between stations are nothing more than flimsy panels, which do nothing to create a relaxing or private environment. To top it off, booking an appointment is a nightmare. Their website is poorly designed and difficult to navigate, making it incredibly frustrating to secure a slot. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality head spa experience. I did enjoy the drinks before the service started but spend your money elsewhere!"

"Social media had me searching for a local head spa that didn’t require driving more than an hour away! Lotus Head Spa just opened 2 weeks ago. I was so glad to know it was located just in Nutley. I’ve been suffering from muscle tension and headaches/migraines, so I was happy they could accommodate me last minute! You’re first asked to change into indoor slippers. They do a quick scalp analysis and create a customized experience for you based on what you need. They offer water and a second beverage choice (which was wine for me). Then you get changed into a robe, lay down and you’re swept away into relax mode for an hour. (I did the Full Head Spa) They use all organic products, too. The only thing I’ll say is I wish my masseuse could’ve focused a little more on my neck and shoulders, but overall, this was a very relaxing experience. Highly recommend!"
