"Very unprofessional. Booked an appointment weeks ago for a very special trip I was going on. Let Kelsey know the trip was very important. They took a $30 deposit to hold my spot. Meaning if I cancel they keep my $30. I get a text message a day before my appointment from her saying she had to refund my deposit and cancel. No good explanation. No phone call. Now everywhere is booked and I can't get my nails done for the special trip."
