"Literally the worst experience in my life. Charged me 142 for color and a blowout. The lady that did my hair left dye stains on my forehead and was trying to get it off with a chemical that burned my forehead. I told her that it was burning and she was still trying to clean it with the same chemical. Idk if the girl wasn’t able to communicate properly in English but I told her I didn’t want my hair straightened with the iron and when I tried to say no she was hesitant on doing it. My forehead is still burning. So upset with my experience."

"I never go out of my way to leave a review but after having such a wonderful experience, I knew I had to make it a priority. From the minute I called in, the receptionist Danielle, was such a delight to speak with! She informed me that appointments were booked until August but she did the impossible and was able to schedule me in way sooner! I entered into the salon & right away noticed it was nice and clean and not hectic like most salons with women everywhere and waiting. Rosanna greeted me and I was seated in the chair within 10-15 minutes from arriving. I showed her the color I wanted & asked if it would suit me, she informed me it would. My hair was now in Rosanna’s hands and boy did she amaze me! I love the color, the cut and the styling. Not only is she great at what she does, she was friendly with such a nice attitude & made me feel welcomed! I already scheduled my touch up appointment and I can’t wait! Thank you again, I feel like a whole new person."
