"Tried to make an order by phone. Person on the phone said they would call me back. Still waiting! That was 3 days ago. When my order arrived the packing was so bad that a product was opened and spilled all over the box which included a display that was torn and destroyed. Everything is always out of stock in the other hell hole in Middletown where I was told by a salesgirl that Matrix was going out of business. ? Toyally incompetent."
