"I just left the salon but I will never return. I got my eyebrows waxed by this older looking lady with short hair. I have semi-permanent eyebrows or “tattooed” as she said. She thought it would be it a good idea to wax basically my whole eyebrow off. Before she started , she said “clean up, right?” And I said yes but she did the opposite of that. My left eyebrow is thin and the other one is thick. She slabbed mad vaseline on there, and went about her day. Unapologetic & turned the light off on me while I was complaining & looking in the mirror. Im making a u-turn for my refund right now because this is crazy. I went in with thick, full looking brows and now a pencil looking brow. I will keep leaving bad reviews until my brow grows back. If you dont know how to do brows, then stick to what you know period"

"I was visiting the area & needed a quick set since I was away from my GOATED nail tech. Sarah did my nails & she was beyond aggressive to the point my skin was cut TWICE. the polish was done horribly like a simple gel color couldn’t be executed correctly? Lastly, she tried to charge me $45 after injuring me & said it’s usually $50. Gave her 40 & walked out like ma’am get it together."
"HNails is the best I’ve been too. Been going to them a little over a year. Michelle always greets me by my name and makes me feel comfortable.She also does nails perfectly. Jay the nail tech is absolutely amazing he does my nails perfectly Plus I let him free style my nails each and every time he knows what I like he never fails me. The nail salon is very clean the music is nice and they sometimes show movies while you are being service. I recommend you to stop by. Nice people there. I can’t wait to go back to see what Jay has for me next. Thanks guys..SHAY"
