"Yesterday I went to cut my hair at Nanuet super cut. One of the lady named Rosa approached me and started cutting my hair. After 5 minutes she said give me 2 minutes, I will be back soon. And she went to another client. She came back after few minutes, and started cutting my hair. Again she said give me few minutes, I will be back soon , and she never came back, and I was sitting in a gown waiting for her, I asked one of the other staff, I think that is Candace where is Rosa to cut my hair, and I saw Rosa was taking care of another customer. I understand, you can be busy, if you are busy , don’t touch my hair.And after 30 minutes one of the guy name frank came and cut my hair. Rosa cut my hair half way and this guy frank finished cutting the hair, such a bad experience, I never ever will go back to her"
"Worst haircut of my life. Had to actually go to another Supercuts location upstate to get it fixed. The stylist fixing it couldn’t believe how choppy it was cut and said it would take a couple haircuts to grow out and fix itself completely."
"Just went to get haircut for me, my sisters and my mom and Suzanne and Elizabeth were really nice and got to it immediately. There were regulars at the salon but it was still first come first served. They gave top priorities to our preferences before suggesting what would be best. Thanks guys!"
