"This is for the South Salina Mavis Discount TIre: DO NOT USE/BIG MISTAKE My girlfriend had to wait 8 days with her car in the shop for an inspection, they lost her key. She failed the inspection but was not informed that her brake lines were blown and found out the hard way. Luckily without having a major accident. Then she brought it back to the shop and they charged her $600 to fix the brake lines only for her car to come home leaking fuel because they cut her fuel lines while installing the brake lines. Then we finally gave up and went to another shop only to find that not only had they nicked her fuel lines, the brake lines were incomplete and leaking. Now we have contacted corporate requesting a refund. Everyone we talked to assured us we would get a refund after talking to the regional manager. The regional manager refuses to issue a refund even after I brought him the broken fuel lines, showed him the leaking brake lines and incomplete front end of the brake line. The regional manager has been provided documentation from another mechanic, he even called that mechanic on the phone who confirmed exactly what I said, had me bring in to shop the broken fuel lines, which had holes in them that perfectly lined up with where they improperly installed the brake lines and it has been three weeks without receiving a refund and him still asking for more proof."
