If this is the type of person they allow to drive their trucks I would never use this company. I drive all day in a company vehicle and there is no excuse for this type of behavior. "These guys are absolutely fantastic!! We stopped in on valentine's day for a simple purchase of a battery. The son of the owner saw that it was only 2 years old, at which point he insisted on testing it; rather than having us buy a new battery. Turns out my battery is just fine. They could have taken our money for a battery purchase, but instead gave us good advice. The family was extremely personable and we left with a sense of trust. I will go there for repairs moving forward. TRUST is key nowadays when it comes to mechanic. #loyal customers from now on"
"Over charged for towing. Cursed at my son and kicked him out of the building because he asked to see an invoice. Big guy with no shirt and the dogs escorted my son out. They thought he came alone. The younger tow guy spewed some racially insensitive comments. We overpaid and got the hell out of there."

Bub does what he can to work with you in hard times and Rachel (his daughter) is a pure delight and always smiling. The mother known as momma sue is straight forward and as real as they come.
