"All the staff was very knowledgeable. Dr. Taz is the man. I was anxious beyond anything I can remember but he was great. Dr. D did a wonderful job replacing my knee. I'm in no hurry to have it done again but if I do, I know where to go. The nurses and PT were great. "Well done Crouse Hospital""

"Never had to pay to park in a garage until I moved to New York. I'm sorry but it's not right to pay for parking when you have to be at the hospital or doctor's office. I understand for a football game, but for medical reasons. Way to nickel & dime you for everything."

"On Wed Nov 20, 2019 I had an appointment with the Neurovasc surgeon - My Sister Joined me there- parking in the garage parking - I was in and out in no time and My sister got her parking garage ticket stamped before leaving . Much to her surprise they took the ticket and proceeded to charge her anyway. Nothing showed she owed - the guy just asked for the money. And people were backed up behind her so she had to give him the money. Isn’t this illegal. There should be no crooks working the parking booths. I will inform the ticker Takers Superior. P.S. Has this happened to You? Let’s tally up the numbers."

"You can tell this garage is old. Driving isn't easy in it and the signs are terrible, confusing. The stairs are old and unclean. Prices seems expensive for condition of garage. Tunnel is also very old but glad it is there when the weather is bad."

"Worst parking lot service ever. If I could give 0 stars or negative stars I would. Assistant manager states everything is hospital's fault, even though they are a privately owned garage that sets their own prices. Was supposed to get out free after picking up a discharged patient and was told if I didn't pay it would go against my car/license (again by the same ridiculously rude assistant manager). If you're going to be there more then a day get a weekly $40 pass since they charge you $22 a day to park. Actually anything after 6 hours up to a day is $22. Most ridiculous prices I've ever seen and I lived near NYC for a while. Will not park there again. You are better off circling the local streets trying to find a spot by SU and walking over."
