"Avoid this car wash at all cost!!!! Place is plain out trash. Called the number and nobody answers. Goes right to a voicemail. $7 just to get a wash where the sprayer did not work properly. Not even enough pressure to rinse the soap completely off. This is the second time I've had issues with bubble up. Other time was a different location. Someone needs to tend to phone calls in a timely manner. Left a message couple of hours ago and still nothing. What if it was a true emergency? What if someone car was damaged severely? We are suppose to wait in hopes to get a call back. Poor very very poor customer service. Noticed the hoses are barely long enough to get around the cars as well. Nedrow location needs to be updated majorly!!! Each quarter only adds 12 seconds of time as well. What a total rip off! **Update: still no call back from this place. It's been almost a week!"

"Terrible terrible facility being managed by nobody, nor any attendants on site. My car wasn’t remotely clean after using the automatic wash and the machinery gouged my wheels"

"This rating is for the DIY coin washers. Very well maintained facility and one of the best in the area. One of the bays has lower water pressure and some of the selection knobs are a little loose so it's sometimes hard to tell which setting it's on. Everything else is great."

"This is my favorite car was place. But my last experience had me so frustrated. I swiped my card because I didnt have any cash on me but after waiting for an open spot for 20 minutes I was committed at that point. I was charged $15!!! I've read other reviews and it's happened to other people as well. In addition they have 4 spots and only 3 working. It's been like this for over a year. Are they ever going to get it fixed?? I'm sure they have the money to do so. Theres always people there washing there cars."

"I went there for the first time in a self service bay. I used my credit card and instead of charging me 5 dollars they charged me 15. I can not get ahold of anyone at the car wash to settle this."
