"Had a problem with cancelling my parking subscription, but they helped work me through it."
"On Tuesday, November 14 th, I ventured to Phoebe’s Restaurant with three other retired teachers for a luncheon. The outdoor parking lot was full so we went to LAZ parking. Many of the doors were locked in the garage so we walked a distance to enter the garage. After our luncheon, I walked back to my car to find a ticket on the windshield for $20. The infraction had to do with taking up too much room. There were many open spaces and because I had a physically limited person as a passenger, I did leave extra room for her to get out with her walker. Shame on you. And you wonder why such few people venture downtown? Now you know."

"The garage is in poor condition. The renovation that is going on is taking longer than expected. There are multiple claims for damaged vehicles and claims are difficult to get processed if at all. Update: The renovation is at a standstill. What work that did get done was unsuccessful in stopping rusty water from dripping on vehicles. Now there are people breaking car windows and stealing property. The City of Syracuse does nothing about it."
