"I agree that for the cost of parking this lot should be safer. My car was hit while parked in the lot this week and not only are there no security cameras, while I was on the phone with police, I saw several different people walk through the lot and look into car windows. I will be parking elsewhere from now on and I suggest you do the same."
"Questionable at best. For the cost of parking here it should be way better maintained. There is no lighting at the meter so if you get there in the early morning for work you are risking your well-being paying for your ticket. At least a couple times a week I am approached by homeless people for money and cigarettes. You can watch them all day walking the lot looking in cars. In the winter you will have to climb through snow to pay as the plow guy doesn't have a shovel I guess. But no worries they are all over writing tickets for people who don't pay....."

"I have been trying a couple of weeks now to get in contact with someone from this company to inquire about monthly parking. Availability changes frequently. I have sent two emails. The most recent left a phone number to call in which a person did eventually answer after several prompts only to direct me back to a number I previously called in which after several prompts again directed me to the email I've already sent twice. This is not professional and considerate. The people working here in the city pay you folks a lot of money because we have very little choices in the matter and you can't even have the decency to respond or communicate. Very frustrating."
