"The apartmenta are covered in cockroachs, and if youd think the owners would do anything then thats a fallacy. And a 5 month update its no better and only on the decline. Note the retards still cant get rid of the bugs and think forcing their tenants out once a week for hours is a fine solution. I hope the management rot in hell"
"We use to live in these apartments and they were livable, children and people get to go there to play and go swimming at the pool but some jag-off decided for people to pay money to go swimming and there nothing but crackheads and junkies there. This place use to be nice."
"I lived there for a year and had nothing but a great experience. The owner is a really nice man who listens to your concerns and helps get your issues resolved. The ladies in the office were always a pleasure to work with and helped me on several occasions. The maintenance men are always there the minute you need something fixed as long as the materials are available for them which nine times out of ten they are. The neighbors are great and are always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need"
"Infested with bedbugs, roaches, junkies, sex offenders and maintenance men who will go into and steal things out of your apartment when they know you are not home. Also, you will never get your security deposit back. The place is owned by NYC slumlords, New York Sterling Management. If you get robbed, car damaged etc, management will not check the cameras, I actually doubt that they even work. A nightmare place to live, unless you have to. They will rent you an apartment that isn’t move-in ready, promise to replace the nasty rug…they never do and the charge you for it and other previous damage when you move out. They even attempted to charge the non-responsible residents for the bed-bug infestation."
"Being a new tenant of Cortland Park Apartments my experience from day one has been very pleasant. Since the park has been under new management I have began to see many improvements being made both inside and out. The manager Amber and her staff have gone above and beyond to make sure my home was ready when it was supposed to be with new cabinets, new flooring and carpeting and my personal favorite, a balcony! I was welcomed to the park by many of my neighbors and continue to meet more everyday. Overall it's a very pleasant and beautiful place to live. :)"
