"Worst experience ever. They miss work quality and following procedures and when mistakes happen they don't say sorry. I had done my car inspection here few days ago, left the car for two hours and went and got my car( car suppose to be done at 5pm I got it 5:30pm) on my way to home I got a call from Mavis saying they forgot to scan the inspection tag and i have to get back that when i was almost home. I asked to give me half hour or next day morning the answer was "if you don't come now we will cancel the whole process and keep mentioning it's only 2 seconds will not take long" (I was 15 minutes away). I went back immediately and done the scan but that wasn't all. The next day I realized I had small back in the trunck was missing from my car. I called and spoke to manager about these mistakes he said we all humans this can happen. I didn't like the experience I visited them two times just for small task the done on my car. They also gave me the tires lock with the box they forgot to put it back."
"I went to Cole to get my inspection, and they said my back rotors and breaks need to be replaced, which is funny cause I had the rotors and breaks done last year cause they said it needed to be done. Also they wanted to charge me 350 to do it. I got it done for 150, what does that say? Why can't I get an inspection from Cole without paying them a lot of money for work that doesn't need to done? I wounder?"
