"Frankly helped me out in a pinch and couldn’t appreciate it more. Very professional and friendly. I will definitely be bringing my car back to him in the future."

"Multiple visits, all good experiences. This was my first experience with this repair shop (we are new to the area). First impression, the garage waiting area is very clean and organized. That was a good sign. The customer service was good; responsive and professional. The quotes were right in line with what I’d been told at one other facility, with the exception of the A/C compressor which was lower here. In all we’ve spent just under $2k for a lot of repairs to a 16 year old Honda. As retirees we appreciate the honesty and straight forward experience and competitive pricing and recommendations. The truck is running much much better and it’s great having a/c! Franky’s earns a high recommendation and hopefully we’ve found our regular auto repair shop. Thank you!"

"They did a great job fixing my 2007 Camry. It needed a lot of work. They gave us estimate that was very close to the actual costs. It needed an additional part that was found during the initial repair. Very Happy with their work! Highly Recommended!"

"We had them order & put in new used engine which cost over 5,000 dollars & less than 6 wks the timing belt broke & he wouldn't guarantee his work & told me it was my fault for not ckg oil daily! He never mentioned that or was it on my paperwork!"

"June 13th, traveling south on I-81 and picked up a screw driver into my rear drive tire. Stranded by the road's edge with a 5th wheeler. My Sam's Roadside, operated by foreigners who messed with me for two hours, to no avail...worthless. Put on my phony spare and went to Frankie's Fix It Repair, as a last-ditch effort to fix my tire, and it should have been my FIRST!! He dropped what he was doing, broke down the tire, put in an internal, heavy duty patch, put it back on my truck, charged me only $20 for the aggravation, and with much appreciation, gave him a good tip which he didn't want and off I went finishing my trip to Gettysburg. WOW, do I ever recommend him and his company's help and very reasonable charge. Kudos to a vanishing breed."
