"This place has potential for being a great spot! I would suggest a community clean up day with someone grilling hotdogs and folks would get a free hot dog for every full bag of trash! The landlord also needs to clean up the abandoned trailers. The location is great and it is pretty quiet. So just some good hard work could make this place a five star trailer park."
