"Loaded a Paypal card to pay bills, Paypal never got the money and Kinneys says they don't have it and refuse to refund me, I lost my whole paycheck thanks to these clowns, now I have to get a lawyer because even corporate won't help find my missing money!"
"The pharmacy at this Kinney's is a joke. I've never heard so many employees complaining about their job so openly for the public to hear. It's like open mike night at the trap house with these ppl. They discuss patient business using names, names of ppl I know personally. So if you don't want your business aired pls do not share information with them especially Scott. He's probably the most vocal of them all. He is a condescending know-it-all. Fairly out of place for someone who has a haircut like Prince Valiant. Stear clear of these small home town gossipers Plus you never know which personality is going to be there to greet you. You have a few choices, the frigid bee, the southern bell who talks a lot like Goofy from Disney, the skinny bearded elf or the Mid-western wanna be who still thinks it's the 1950's and talks like she's chewing her face. Nonetheless there are better pharmacies without all the drama, gossip and aggravations. Remember, if it looks like a headache, smells like a headache it's going to be a headache, just don't."

"Don't really have any issues here, they did fill an expired script without me asking them to, that was sketchy. No other issues besides that though."
"Last month, I would have given 5 stars- they had a medication I couldn't find in Ithaca (anywhere!). I go through Cortland to work in Syracuse once a week, so it was a great solution. However, this month I called and asked if I could pick up my prescription a day early I know my insurance allows a couple early release (vacation release) days per year. When I spoke to the pharmacist (Ben) he said he COULD do that, if I had a longer period of filling prescriptions there, but he WOULDN'T do it since this is only the 2nd month I've filled prescriptions at Kenny's. Now, I have to make a 1-hour drive to get my prescription on the scheduled date or wait a week -the next time I'm driving through Cortland. Thanks Ben (not)!"
