"I recently had the misfortune of getting a haircut at Dapper Rascals, and I must say it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a salon. From the moment I walked in, I could sense the lack of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. If I was able to give this place zero stars, trust me I would. Embarrassing awful cuts here. Most of them don't even speak English so I was getting a cut while speaking to a translator. The stylist, if I can even call them that, appeared to have minimal training and skill. It was evident they lacked the expertise to handle even the simplest of haircuts. I left the salon with a haircut that looked as though it had been done by an amateur with a blindfold on. Extremely overpriced for the lowest quality haircuts there is, I rather go to supercuts than ever have to go back to this joke of a place. I am honestly shocked these guys are even licensed... that is if they are. Moral of the story: don't go to Dapper Rascals in Cortland. I am doing you a favor"
"This is the best hairstylist barber place ever they make you look like $1 million and plus the conversation an companies is amazing The people are so nice and friendly and they welcome you in like family. They’re very relatable and make you feel comfortable while getting your hair done. And there’s beautiful people inside. And the prices are great and I would 100% go again"
