"My husband and I received a written price for a Power Flow Pump Housing of $59.90. This morning when he went to pick it up, they tell him they gave us the wrong price. Instead of making good on the quoted price they charged us the $100 and gave us a "discount". The manager stood right there and said nothing and did nothing. I'm sorry but the level of customer service is disappointing."

"Great service, my son called for a part which they had in stock. He asked me to go pick it up. When I got there they had the part waiting and very courteous service. Thanks!"

"Ordering our new liner with Eddy was fast & easy! Would give 5 stars for that. However, Joe the contractor they referred is not dependable. He installed our liner and 2 days later it started to come out. Sent him pictures and he said he would be right there. That was October 1st 2020. Never showed. Have called and text him several times again this year. He finally replied saying he would be down no later than Saturday. This was memorial week 2021. Still no Joe & it’s now middle of July. We ended up googling how to do it ourselves BUT we paid for a service and he did not follow through! I initially really liked him, seemed so nice and willing to help but once $ was handed over he disappeared!"

"They often have what we need, but they never really seem thrilled to be helping a customer. I've never once been treated like a customer in the store, but rather an annoyance. Last straw was this past Saturday when we stopped to get chlorine tabs and sand. I inquired with the young woman who was ringing us out if the pool ladders they had in the show room were for sale or if more could be ordered. She told me she had no idea what I was talking about. Okay, fair, we are all wearing masks and it's hard to communicate at times. So I turned and pointed and said, the ladders over there, pointing, specifically the safety ladder marked for (I think) $179. Her response, "I have no idea, that's not a me question that's a him or her question" nodding towards the two owners I assume. And then she rang up our order and that was that. I guess that was my queue to go inquire directly rather than actually receiving customer service and her saying just a moment, let me find out. So in front of her I told my husband to just never mind, we'll look online or elsewhere. She didn't care. So I guess we don't either. HARD TO SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS when the employees have ZERO interest in providing customer service. Cool though. I'll find another pool store to spend our money at."

"Last summer, Caribbean Oasis Pools out of Spencer, NY took our money and left us with a hole in the ground. Cannon Pool to the rescue! I contacted them, October 2019, and they said they could help in the spring. They came in March and assessed the situation and construction was considered essential because the hole presented a danger. So even during the quarantine due to the Covid -19, they came and started construction on the pool. “Water boy Water Hauling” bought 8 trucks within a couple of day to fill the pool. Pat Murray was the best electrician. Everyone was so kind, helpful and answered all my questions and calls. I can’t say enough nice things about them. They knew we had been burned by our previous pool contractor so went out of their way to call me back (sometimes within hours), be on time and worked all day (worked 13 hours one day) and did it without complaining and with a smile on their face. “Eddie” from the Cortland office (main office is in Syracuse) was always available! I really liked him right off the bat. I would give them 10 stars if I could!"
