"I ordered 2 dragon fruit drinks and they made them without dragon fruit. When I asked them about it they said they were out of dragon fruit and its the same thing. Who does that? Makes a drink without the main ingredient and tries to pass it off as the same? Its not like Starbucks is cheap either."

"Worst starbucks in medford. Barista gets order wrong, blames us and says we ordered incorrectly. She never gave us a recipt and walked away so we werent able to get her name or our order. Horrible attitude towards myself and other customers. Never coming here again."
