"Come here weekends pretty frequently, always get the Schwarznegger wrap(egg whites, spinach, turkey), which is always awesome. Got home today to find soggy mesclun greens in place of the spinach. It was pretty gross. If you’re out of an essential part of the wrap, let me know next time and I’ll get something else."
"Sandra, I believe Assistant Manager is a fine example of EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I called Bagel Boss of East Northport after Bagel Biz of Melville assured me they would have 30 green bagels for my son's 4th grade class. I went in to pay day before pick-up, they said they do not have green bagels. When were they going to call me to tell me???!!!! I called Bagel Boss, Sandra answered and was amazing! She took my order, assured me that all would be take care of and ready for 7am pick-up next day. And Sandra delivered 100%! Sandra, thank you for delivering! I will ALWAYS refer Bagel Boss of East Northport and will NEVER go back to Bagel Biz!"
"Lil man serving food is the rudest person I ever saw behind a counter..I was told not to come here because of him. And I didn't listen.. Food good place well stocked.. But that guy didn't respond to thanks or even a tip.. I'll never ever go into a bagel boss again.. Lucky it was Easter.."
"i’m a consistent customer here at this bagel boss and every time i go to buy something , theres something i don’t appreciate. i tend to get ignored and when i do order i get my meal last. It’s definitely a racial thing because i would order before tons of white people and they will get their meal first because their white and i’m black. I will never eat their again and i spend a lot of money there."
"Well lit, spacious, clean and organized, clear menu with a lot of options, really well priced items, friendly staff that seems to really be on top of everything, outdoor seating for when the weather permits, and two large bathrooms as well. Safe to say this is one of the better spots in the area to go for bagels, treats, and coffee."
