"Came at 3:45pm. The barista had closed the shop early. Turned people away. Your closing time is 4pm, Your worker lost you 3 customers just to close 15 minutes early."

"Unsanitary and unprofessional staff. Two of the women working there obviously and rudely complained to each other in front of my face because I asked for a clean spoon, given someone had thrown trash in the jar where they pointed to the “clean spoons.” I guess they considered it a completely unreasonable request to ask for a spoon that hadn’t touched other peoples trash, particularly during Covid and made no effort to hide their annoyance at being asked to perform the bare minimum functions of their job. No masks were work while preparing food/drink. Mediocre ice cream as well."
"Cold Brew was overly bitter and Peanut Butter Cookie was slightly stale. Not worth the money, not up to the standards of other Joes. Employee attitude included, makes me sad."
