"The staff needs a real revamp if this place is to stay in business. Their product is amazing. The cakes, cookies and cupcakes are outstanding. But the people working can’t even find an email. Speaking with them is like scratching a chalkboard irritating. I wanted to get my wedding cake here and the decorator was no where to be found nor could ever reach us. Customer service isn’t hard, there just needs to be a little more care, especially if we were going to spend $100s on a cake."

"I will not endorse any other pastry associated with Make my Cake like I will when it comes to the red velvet cake. It is the best! So moist; so sweet; so tasty. Also, the slices of cake are robust. The cream cheese delectable! The prices are slowly increasing. The cupcakes aren’t as large as they used to be but, the red velvet slices are still top notch. It is pretty cool they are back in Harlem…they should have never left 116th! The customer service is underwhelming; dry would be the word. Where is the enthusiasm for your craft?"

Fair price too! I’m a happy costumer and I recommend them without hesitation. My wife by the way likes the cake. So yummmy !!!!"
